With the sustained growth of regional economy, the demand for labor is increasing and creating external conditions for labor mobility. At the same time, owing to the modernization conditions of agricultural production and improvement of transportation infrastructure,a large number of surplus rural labor have been pouring into the city and flowing. The flow of labor have an effect on sustainable development of national economy, the rapid upgrading of industrial structure and economic restructuring. In order to comprehensively understanding of the rural labor flow in different industries and solve a series of social problems caused by the mobility of the rural labor force. This article focuses on the main factors which cause rural labor flow, attempt to explore how factors cause the flow of labor between industries. The main purpose is to better guide the rural labor flow, so as to better guide the flow of the rural labor between three industries in our country.Taking rural labor mobility as a starting point, based on the data of the micro study this paper detailed analyses main factors which affect rural labor flow between industries. Firstly, this paper deeply analyses the previous relevant theory of labor mobility and literature, summarize the previous studies, draw current defects and deficiencies and find a good entry point for this paper. Based on systematic and accurate theoretical analysis, this paper constructs a general framework of theoretical analysis and obtains five basic assumptions.Secondly, this article makes descriptive statistical analysis and uses logistic panel model and logistic model to empirical analysis, and tests five basic assumptions by article theoretical analysis derived. The empirical results show that the individual characteristics and family characteristics of the rural labor force, community factors, labor work environment and social factors have a significant impact on rural labor mobility. Finally, based on empirical articles and combined with the current status of rural labor flow, we provide some rationalization policy recommendations to further promote the rural labor flow.
