Study Of The Order Of Inter-industry Transfer Of Rural Labor

Since the 1980s, with the policy barriers of China's suppression for the flow of labor are gradually removed, and the regional economy has developmed and the income gap has the expanded, the large-scale movement of rural labor has become one of the major features in Chinese economic development nowadays. The transfer of rural labor has been on issue by domestic and foreign scholars. However, current research mostly focus on the geographic or spatial arrangement for the transfer of rural labor, very few research are made on the rural labor transfer's distribution in industries, the industrial structure and the different abilities by various industry development speed to absorb the rural workforce in deep analysis. This study explores the rural labor force transfer priorities by analyzing the trends and characteristics of the rural labor transfer in the industries.It is not only of great theoretical significance, and also of important practical significance.This paper profits from the domestic and foreign scholars'correlative techniques and theories in the transference of village labor force. The theory modes of the order of the transference of village labor force in different industrials are build on carding the theories about the transference of village labor force of industrials and it lays a foundation for the whole paper in theory. At the same time the paper intends to study the order of the transference of village labor force in industrials of developed countries during different stages of industrialization. Because the natural endowment in resources and the economy development levels are different in areas, whether the conclusions that concluded from the experiential data of the developed countries could woke in Jiangsu Province is still unknown. Therefore after studying the preceding theories and international experiences, the paper intends to study the order of the transference of village labor force in industrials in Jiangsu and concluded different modes of it through the analysis of elasticity. The conclusions can offer references for the other areas as well. At last according to the importance of institutional measures of the transference of village labor force, the paper proposes the correlative order of system construction too.
