In the past 20 years, the reform of state-owned enterprises has been deepening, and our province has entered a critical period of development. In this situation, JT group is integrated and reorganized by 3 strong construction enterprises with its goal to create a large multinational group and be listed world's top 500. International Project Department is a subsidiary of JT group. Its main business is general contracting management of international projects. In recent years due to the economic situation and its own operating pressure, coupled with the restructuring of integration and the need for working abroad, management system of International Project Department is in the continuous update. But the trend that staff turnover and complain increased, self-focused millennial become dominant part of employees, this study needs to get a review of methods that can encourage employees to participate in overseas business and bring up their job satisfaction.This study has been based on domestic and foreign research results and theoretical basis, using well-known Gallup Q12 questionnaire survey. The study results shows that job satisfaction of International Project Department is low. Four dimensions of job satisfaction which evaluated from high to low respectively are: clear task, adequate resources; interpersonal feelings and development prospects. In addition to the overall satisfaction analysis, this study analyzes different influence on job satisfaction from the 7 aspects of gender, age, work experience, education, jobs, skills and work location. So that we can find accurate solutions and suggestions to problems.The reasons for the low job satisfaction in the International Project Department of JT group are: promotion difficulties, weak feelings of achievement and being cared, lack of organizational identification and training, impact of employee turnover and so on. In view of the above problems, this study puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
