In 2006,China formally joined the WTO,financial industry started to step onto an international stage.Many foreign banks started to set up inside the country one after another.It had achieved the “localization” in a real sense.Any bank who has more overall financial talents can obtain the development initiative.How to retain the talents under today's competitive condition is the core issue concerned by the entire banking industry at present.The author takes the salary scheme from JY Rural Commercial Bank as the research subject in the paper.Through comparative research and reality analysis the author summarizes and concludes the irrational places of this salary incentive mechanism at present,and based on this analyzes the solution to offer the optimization proposals for this bank's salary reform.At the same time,the author can also offer the reference and basis for the other Commercial Banks' salary scheme reform in the same industry in the paper.The basic content of this paper includes six chapters in total.In the first three chapters,the author puts forward the problem on “why JY Rural Commercial Bank needs to make salary scheme be optimized” from “Introduction-Theory-Present Situation”.In the fourth chapter,the author carries out the research on “the existing problems and reasons of JY Rural Commercial Bank current salary scheme”.What's more,targeted internal communication and coordination still remain to be enhanced further.In the fifth chapter,aiming at the above research the author offers the solution of “JY Rural Commercial Bank salary scheme optimization design”.The author determines the principle,goal and specific implementation plan and operation guarantee of salary scheme.Mainly aiming at different positions the author designs different schemes to embody the principle of of “more pay for more work” as much as possible on the premise of guaranteeing fair distribution.Based on the theoretical analysis and practical exploration,combined with the knowledges of human resource management discipline and strategic management discipline learned in MBA period,the author does analysis and research on JY Rural Commercial Bank salary scheme optimization in order to mainly put forward the forward direction for Y Rural Commercial Bank salary scheme optimization and also hope to offer the reference and basis for the reform of banks in the same industry.
