Tobacco market increasingly fierce competition,the tobacco enterprise talent team construction put forward higher requirements.How to implement "people-oriented" principle of employee career management,set up match the market's talent management system,become the important task to a stage in tobacco enterprises to be solved urgently.TL tobacco company(also known as "TL tobacco monopoly bureau")as a typical "unity-enterprise type" enterprise,urgently needed to be solved in the aspect of employee career management has many problems and contradictions.Exposed the problem mainly lies in: from a macro level company has not yet established a staff career planning management system,the corresponding organization management target,management processes,methods,and safeguard measures is yet to be demonstrated in detail.Second,in the process of staff recruitment and position adjustment has not yet been introduced more scientific testing and decision-making method,three is there are a lot of staff growth and jobs dynamic demand does not match the problem,lead to employee career satisfaction is not high.In addition,the company has not make full use of existing resources for employees to build growth and career development platform,and the selective employee career severely limited.Staff career management is the impulsion of enterprise human resources development and sustainable development,through staff career system building,by implementing a series of career management measures,can improve the professional ethics of the company staff awareness and ability,professional quality,and then through the way of improving employees' career satisfaction improve staff work enthusiasm,improve work performance,economic and social benefits for the company to contribute to the ascension of,realize win-win situation of individual and organization.Solve TL tobacco companies for a targeted at staff career planning and management of practical problems,this article according to "ask questions-analysis problem-problem solving" research train of thought,using literature research,interview method,chart analysis,case analysis and other research methods,through refining the typical cases of TL tobacco company staff career management,analysis of staff career planning and management,the main problems appeared in the process of analysis the root cause of the problem,and then work out corresponding solutions.The authors hope that through this article research,to enterprise staff career planning and management to provide constructive opinion and the suggestion,but also for the company and related economic organization for assessment,people-post matching,career channel construction to provide reliable methods,tools and processes.
