Compensation system is one of the most important means to maintain and promote the employee satisfaction and therefore improve the work efficiency and work quality.IT is also the key to attract and retain talents for enterprises.In the contemporary era,compensation is a matter of vital interests of enterprise employees,while is also the key to attract and retain talents for enterprises.Practice has proved that the distribution of compensation for enterprises has a lasting influence on the behavior of employees to form an internal driving force.Under the background of deepening the reform of state-owned enterprise system,enterprise pay reform has been a hot and difficult point in the reform of state owned enterprises.Wuxi salt company is a small and medium-sized state-owned enterprises,whoes main business is the salt monopol.In this reform,the company is facing tremendous pressure.How to reform the current salary system to improve the market competitiveness has become an important issue for the company.The research object of this paper is Wuxi Salt Company,which is divided into eight chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,significance,research situation at home and abroad,and the research methods of this paper.Providing methodology for the salary design of this paper,overall grasp of the concept of pay is one of the key.The second chapter describes the basic concept of salary and its composition,and the relevant theory of salary management and compensation problem solving ideas.The third chapter is about the general situation of Wuxi salt industry company and the current situation of salary management.This chapter describes the company's business scope,personnel structure,the current salary system and its proportion of the general situation,focusing on the company's current situation facing the reform.The fourth chapter is about the investigation and analysis of the related problems of the salary system.is the seven main problems in the salary management of the company.The fifth chapter is the design of the company's salary system.This part analyzes the guiding ideology of the salary reform,the influence factors of the salary,the design principle of the salary system and so on.At last,it puts forward the new design ideas of the salary system.Aiming at the seven problems,the sixth chapter puts forward the optimization strategy of the compensation system,Including optimizing the organizational structure,improving the position analysis,improving the performance appraisal index,using of the flexible benefits,re-design by the application of broadband salary and comprehensive salary system.The optimized scheme can meet the diverse needs of employees,inspire the enthusiasm of the workers,and tap the potential of the development of the workers.In order to ensure the implementation of the new pay reform program,the program also covers the company constitution,organizational structure and corporate culture,etc.At the end of this paper,the main conclusions of the study are described,and the related research content is prospected.
