Compensation management is an important component of enterprise management, the important role of compensation was reflected gradually by the adjustment of national distribution system and the rapid development of labor market. Compensation management is also the core part of the enterprises'human resource management and development, a rational and effective reward system not only can encourage the creativity and enthusiasm of the employees, motivate employees to achieve the organizational goals and increase the organizational benefits, but also can attract and retain a good quality and competitive workforce in the increasingly competitive talent times of knowledge economy.This paper makes an optimization design, which is based on the discussion on reward theories at home and abroad, for the compensation management system of YY Company. Firstly, we start from YY Company's background and profiles, make a further understand of the status of YY Company's compensation management system, analyze the main problem of YY company's current compensation management system. Secondly, we make an optimization design for YY Company's compensation management system, including the preparatory work, the goals and principles that the design should pay attention to, compensation structure and performance appraisal plan. Finally, this paper also proposes the obstacles may be encountered when implementing the hybrid compensation management plan and gives the corresponding safeguard measures.
