With perfecting on market economy and emerging of knowledge economy era, innovation ability has become manifestation on enterprises core competitiveness, and the R&D staff turned themselves into key employees in the enterprises. How to effectively stimulate their working compassion and reaching full potential of their creative ability are especially important than any other time. KEC is a listed energy and chemical corporation which successfully transformed their traditional coal industry into coal Chemical industry. As the significant status of R&D which founded for adapting the transformation of KEC increasingly revealed, whether the fully potential of the R&D staff could be developed will also directly influence the quality and effectiveness of KEC transformation.Based on studying domestic and foreign relative theory and document, the thesis deeply analyzed the employee structure and salary management status in R&D center of KEC. And combined with the salary satisfaction investigation on R&D center of KEC and its result analyzing, the thesis concluded the main problems which existed in current salary system on R&D center of KEC. Their primary manifestations are lacking competitiveness in direct economic salary, short of attractiveness in indirect economic salary, without appetency in non economic salary etc. The thesis also deliberated the detailed analysis on their specific manifestations. With regarding to these existing problems, in view of fully salary management theory, the thesis proposed the corresponding measures and coping strategy, and designed more scientific, pertinent and stimulated salary system program. In order to guarantee the smoothly implementing the program and achieving the desired effect, the thesis proposed the relative supporting measures and control points for specific implementation on these optimization programs.During the writing process of the thesis, it fully applied the salary management related theories, and integrated with the working experience of author, this thesis in a certain degree resolved the key issues existing in current salary system in R&D center of KEC, concurrently, explored the new method for salary stimulating system construction and improvement for other key working position in KEC. And it provided the practical reference for other same type corporation coping with similar problems or confusions. |
