| Stuff are the key factor for the enterprise's boom, so that how to stimulate the stuff becomes the first important thing for the enterprise. Most of the kowledge stuff takes leading post and their performance influence the development of the enterprise. However, the current theory on the kowledge stuff non-salary stimulation causes little importance.Knowledge workers has many special factors in personal characteristic, mental need, concept of value and the method etc. compared with non- knowledge ones. Money for knowledge workers isn't as important as for other types employee. They pay more attention on challenging work, knowledge, and keep on to pursue continuously with the growth of the business and person, request to independent power so that they can work in the most valid way and complete the mission that the business enterprise hands over to them. Therefore, stimulation to knowledge workers shouldn't regard the money incitement as principle, but non- salary to encourage the measure more.This paper analyzed the stimulation on knowledge workers system of DT company and summarized the shortages and advantages of this system using the stimulation theory of psycology, economic and the comparence of non-salary and salary, analyzing the stimulation system of DT company and using the first hand material of survey paper .This paper re- designs a set of reasonable and practicable stimulation system for knowledge workers, and puts forwards the tactics of non-salary stimulation towards DT company includes: organization cultures which increase the communication and creation of knowledge stuff, achievement stimulation, training stimulation, development stimulation and communication stimulation etc. This paper gets the following resuts: summarizing and analyzing the different stimulation limits of force, form and range, on structure of knowledge stuff and the compct management system , points out the advantage of using non-salary stimulation than salary stimulation and using the non-salary stimulation management method by making the knowledge stuff speak out their need under the air of communication. This paper hopes to provide the reference for the similar company on how to stimulate the knowledge workers effectively, and increase their aggressive to create more evaluation for the enterprise. |
