Study On Human Resource Management Of New Road Construction Project

Human resources management is a very important part in the practice of road construction project management.The human resource management of road construction project is also a weak place in the theory of human resource management and project management.In order to solve the problem of human resources management in the process of construction and the theory of human resource management and project management,this paper studies the human resources management of road construction project in depth and systematically.To provide guidance for the theory and practice of human resource management in road projects.Firstly,this paper studies project management theory,project human resource management theory,road engineering management theory,and domestic and foreign research results on road construction projects.Secondly,research and deep research and analysis of the new section road project.On this basis,the organizational structure of the project for the existence of the design is not reasonable,staffing mechanisms still need to improve the level of performance assessment to be improved,inadequate incentive compensation system and other issues,from the construction project organizational behavior and characteristics of human resources capacity Development,selection of performance appraisal system and system construction,salary incentive system of science and fairness,the design of a more standardized,scientific and efficient construction project human resource management system.Thirdly,the author proposed the new road engineering project human resource management optimization strategies applied in research,the project results show that its operability and feasibility through the inspection.Finally,the paper summarizes the new research about road construction project human resource management.
