With the coming of the epoch of globalization economy,the scope of competitions occurring among the enterprises expands increasingly,effective management to human resource has been considered a vital approach for the enterprises to acquire the predominance.However,in modern human resource management,the performance managing is the key.In this paper,oil storage and transportation company as the research object,through the research on the related literature at home and abroad and the study on the theoretical system of performance evaluation,combined with the current situation of JTSY company performance evaluation survey,and using the basic theory of modern performance appraisal,the status of JTSY company's performance appraisal in a comprehensive and systematic analysis,revealed in company JTSY the performance appraisal system construction problems.Aiming at the existing problems of the JTSY company in the performance appraisal,establish evaluation performance management scheme for JTSY long-term development goals,take the performance appraisal method is the key to the target oriented management,pay more attention to the work performance of key performance index assessment,this paper studies the current situation of performance appraisal of petroleum storage and transportation industry and JTSY company performance appraisal practice considering the situation,the target management method,the 360 degree performance appraisal method,performance appraisal method and key performance appraisal model method,the key link of performance evaluation to optimize the construction of a system for the JTSY company's performance appraisal system.The research results of this paper can be widely applied to the petroleum storage and transportation companies in China,which can provide the direction and method for the construction of performance evaluation system for other petroleum storage and transportation.
