With the internationalization and gradually IPO of Chinese commercial banks, the competition among banks expands increasingly. Then, effective management of human resource has been considered a vital approach for the enterprises to acquire the competitive advantage. Although, we all know that as the core of the human resources management, the establishment of effective performance evaluation system determines the validity of human resource management, how to establish the system has been a more difficult problem to both domestic and foreign enterprises.By the analysis of current dilemma which Liaocheng branch of CCB are faced with during the fierce market competition, we further research the original performance evaluation system of Liaocheng branch of CCB. Then, we propose that it is the inaccurate positioning, incompleteness and low feedback validity of the current performance evaluation system that is the main reason of bad staff Enthusiasm and its poor performance. Therefore, combined with the basic theory of modern performance evaluation, we aim to make a comprehensive and systematic analysis on the status quo of performance evaluation system in Liaocheng branch of CCB. According to this framework, this paper is divided into six chapters as followed:Chapter1.Introduction. After reviewing the development process of performance evaluation, we summarize the effect which the performance evaluation has on the employee and enterprise. Besides, in this part, we determine the object of study, select research methods and means, and futher introduce the implementation of the program.Chapter2. The framework of performance evaluation. At first, according to the definition of performance evaluation, we analyse the constituent elements of performance evaluation, and then list the type and method of performance evaluation in detail. Following that, we point out he status and function of performance evaluation in enterprise management.Chapter3. Theoretical Review. Based on the review of the development of performance evaluation, we summarize the domestic and overseas research about performance evaluation. After that, we propose the existing problems to be solved and countermeasuresChapter4. Satus analysis of performance evaluation system of Construction Bank, Liaocheng.firstly, we introduce the basic situation of performance appraisal system in Liaocheng Branch. With the analysis of system, content, methods and standards of the evaluation, it is the most important problem to find out the existing problem.Chapter5. Through the process above, we aim to redesign Liaocheng Branch performance evaluation. To be specific, it is consisted of the establishment of performance evaluation scale, the design of implementation process of evaluation, and the application of the results of the performance evaluation.Chapter6. Contrast and conclusions. Compared with the original evaluation system, we assess the new system. In view of the existing problems in the SPE of Liaocheng branch of CCB, we put forward that the development of the staffs’ professional career in the bank will be targeted the main purpose and aim.In order to realize keeping enterprise culture updating and developing gradually, we must focus on the constant performance improvement of evaluation system in the course of dynamic adjustment. At the same time, the fusion of business goals and values is not also ignored. For the achievement of these aims, we need to make the assessment index, weight, operation technology, operation processes and the corresponding supporting management system adjusted every year. Finally, the continuous promotion resulted from the evaluation will enhance the flexible adaptability and competitive advantage.
