In the context of globalization and the knowledge-based economy, the world's political, economic, cultural and other fields have undergone tremendous changes. The survival and development of enterprises in which the environment is undergoing fundamental changes, gradually shorten the average life expectancy. How to find the way of existence to maintain its competitive edge in the ever-changing environment has become a major issue facing enterprises.Future competition is a competition on person of ability ultimately. The only lasting competitive advantage of enterprises is the ability to learn faster than competitors. This study is consistent with the development of cultural enterprises and the need to generate and develop. It draws on the learning organization, corporate culture and the essence of the two management theories to encourage and facilitate the creation and sharing of knowledge. It is the important evidence of whether or not it has a competitive advantage under the conditions of the knowledge economy.This paper researches the learning corporate culture and core competence, according to the practice of corporate management. At the beginning of this paper, the background and meaning of core-competence-oriented learning corporate culture is introduced. The framework of this paper is given then. After, theories about the relationship between the learning corporate culture and core competence are summed up and analyzed, new framework model of their relationship is brought forward. In this innovative model, how the learning corporate culture affects the aspects of core competence is analyzed. On this base, the approaches of how to construct and innovate corporate culture are suggested, so that corporations' core competence can be constructed and enhanced. In the end, the main content of this paper is summed up andthe development of the theory is viewed.
