Analysis Of The Relations Between The Service Level And Performance Of Shandong Manufacturing Industry

Because of the cheap labor and rich resources, the development speed of Shandong manufacturing is fast. But now these advantages become more and more weak, and There are many problems such as trend toward heavy industry, lack of innovation, excess production capacity. Manufacturing sertivization is an inevitably choice for many manufacturing industries on the way of transformation. The purpose of the paper is to establish a set of evaluation system based on the input service level and clarify the relationship between different services and performance in order to provide theoretical reference for the service transformation of manufacturing industry.This paper studies three aspects:First, this paper analyze the development situation of the productive service industry based on statistical yearbook of Shandong Province,and through the comparison with Shandong and Jiangsu,I find that the proportion of the High-tech industry and high-fund industry in Shandong productive service is on the low side.Second,this paper sorted out the input-output table in recent four years, use the consumption coefficient of manufacturing industry and service industry to judge the input-service level of manufacturing industry and adopt the earnings rate and the value-added rate to measure the manufacturing performance index. The study found that manufacturing industry inputs more service, the value-added rate is higher, and then I divide the service industry into six classes(circulation services, business services, technology services, information services, financial services, Social and residential services),and study the relation between different classes and performance.It is concluded that technology services and information services have a significantly positive effect on the performance, financial services have a counter-productive on the performance and the effect on circulation services is not obvious. At last, using the balanced score card this paper choose several indexes that came from technology services and information services to establish manufacturing enterprises'performance evaluation based on the input service level. The evaluation contains four dimensions, and then this paper confirms the weight of each index by means of Delphi and AHP, undertakes a comprehensive evaluation of the enterprise using fuzzy synthetic evaluation method.The study of manufacturing enterprises'performance evaluation can provide strong theoretical support and effective practice guidance for manufacturing industry in Shandong Province to help it to adjust its industrial structure and core competence.
