In this paper,the ST company,for example,analysis of ST company testers present status and shortcomings of performance evaluation,analysis of the causes of problems caused by the test,and try to build a new performance evaluation system,and the feasibility of its implementation validation.This paper takes the ST company as an example to analysis the status quo and deficiencies of its testers' performance evaluation at present.By analyzing the causes of the problems,a new performance evaluation system is tried to build.Its feasibility is researched and further implemented.The main tasks are as follows:(1)In order to solve the problem that the performance of the original tester is not satisfactory,In this paper,the literature research and interview are used to analyze the problem of ST company's performance evaluation system in the methods,assessment index,implementation process,examination feedback and so on.Analyzing the causes of the problem is to find out the solution.(2)According to the different nature of the test staff will be divided into three categories of testers,namely,the general test personnel,test supervisor and test managers.In order to make performance evaluation more specific,accurate and targeted.Different types of test personnel use different performance assessment indicators.The literature,interviews and expert methods are used to list all the indicators related to the assessment of the test personnel,and the questionnaire form.By testing the relevant personnel to conduct a questionnaire survey,the results of statistical survey and screening of ST companies in line with the current stage of development of test indicators for the tester.(4)The Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)is used to carry on the stratification processing to the examination target.Respectively,to build three types of testers performance evaluation indicators of the importance of the degree of judgment matrix.The weight of each personnel evaluation indicators is calculate by using the sum method.In the implementation process of performance evaluation,the same time,the use of analytic hierarchy analysis of the evaluation of the participating staff of the scoring weight,making the assessment process from the previous qualitative assessment methods into the now semi-quantitative evaluation methods.(5)The new performance evaluation system is implemented and analysised.The feasibility of the new system is analyzed according to the comparison result by selecting the A department to carry out the actual examination.And Some problems found in the implementation of the analysis process were optimized and improved.Finally,The final ST company performance evaluation system for testers was formed.
