| Yangtze River Delta is China’s largest economic zone,but it also shows a lot of unexpected public issues which cause serious casualties and property losses with the rapid economic development.In order to better respond to public emergencies,we should pay more attention to the organizational management of emergency logistics system.Food is the essential emergency supplies,and is also the part of the focus of research.After the incident occurs,the entire food emergency logistics work needs a good food emergency logistics system to organize and manage.Therefore,finding out the problems of the organizational management of food emergency logistics system and taking appropriate measures is a very critical issue.This article reviews the literature about emergency logistics,food emergency logistics,application of entropy and dissipative structure theory.It summarizes the definition and characteristics of emergency logistics,the particularity of food emergency logistics organizational management,the elements and guarantee mechanism of food emergency logistics system organizational management,the relevant theories of entropy and dissipative structure,the definition of entropy of food emergency logistics system,the definition and characteristics of dissipative structure of food emergency logistics system.And it discusses the entropy flow relationship of food emergency logistics system,proposes the logical structure of the study of food emergency logistics system entropy,analyzes the influence factors of the positive and negative entropy flow of food emergency logistics system.On this basis,we establishes the positive and negative entropy flow initial indicators of food emergency logistics system,reduces the initial indicators using rough set theory,examines the reliability of the indicators using SPSS 21.0 through questionnaire investigation.Then,we establish the positive and negative entropy flow indicators of food emergency logistics system.This paper focuses on the organizational management of food emergency logistics system,introduces the theory of entropy and dissipative structure.Firstly,it puts forward calculation method of the positive and negative entropy flow of food emergency logistics system — entropy value method,we can get the weight and entropy of every indicator using entropy value method.Secondly,it builds the Brusselator model of emergency logistics system entropy,analyzes the criterion of food emergency logistics system becoming dissipative structure.Finally,it gets essential data through questionnaires,and on this basis,we calculate the positive and negative entropy of food emergency logistics system of Jiangsu province,Zhejiang province,Shanghai respectively,determine that the food emergency logistics system of them do not become dissipative structure.And the organizational management of food emergency logistics system of Zhejiang province is relatively more perfect.On this basis,we analyze the problems of the organizational management of food emergency logistics system of them,put forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Through the above analysis and research,it provides certain reference value towards the organizational management of food emergency logistics system. |
