For a long time, Commercial Banks plays absolute core in financial industry in our country, and provides convenience in social financing. Commercial Banks also plays an indispensable role in the operation of the economic health. Accompanied by economic downturn of Yulin City, Yulin faces sharp decline in business, which restricts economic development.Customer value is an important aspect of the developing force of commercial banks, and customer structure is its core, is very important to influence the competitiveness of banks.Different customer structure will have different consequences for the commercial banks,which also influences decisions of stakeholders of the commercial banks. Scientific and reasonable customer structure can promote the growth of the commercial banks and enhance its ability to adapt to the economic new normal.Taking Bank of China Yulin Branch as an example, by collecting, processing 60 customer cases of Bank of China Yulin Branch, combining with the relevant theory, Customer Relationship Management(CRM) with cluster-analysis as analysis method, according to "theory discussion- instance empirical research- research summary" such a thought to expand. Firstly, by analyzing the relevant theories about customer structure, the author compares the advantages and disadvantages of different theories. Secondly,the author lines60 company customer cases of Bank of China of Yulin Branch, on the basis of relevant theories, through picking customer assets, liabilities and other descriptive analysis of data of Bank of China Yulin Branch at the macro level.Thirdly, in descriptive analysis on the basis of empirical analysis, by structure optimization theory, according to the selected indicators for many related business, through the brush, calculation, data with K-MEANS cluster-analysis method, the author induces and analyzes rationality and inductive analysis of customer structure and put forward the feasible suggestions.
