Two there is an eternal topic in the current commercial bank assets and liabilities, which are customer marketing and optimizing customer structure are closely related. A huge customer base is the foundation of bank to survive, to increase the source but also the commercial bank liabilities and assets of business scale, want rapid development, will have to pay more attention to optimizing the structure of the customer.This paper takes bank M Yangzhou branch as an example, the line in the early development of asset size has grown from a mediocre performance of the branch after 4 years of development has become the backbone of the line, from the size of the assets, the branch has made certain achievements, but because of the lack of timely customer structure adjustment caused by the problem of loan structure is not balanced, the rate of bad loans increased gradually, analysis method of data acquisition, mainly through the comparison in this paper, based on SWOT model, five forces model to demonstrate the importance of the development of the bank loan customer structure, and through the loan structure optimization adjustment strategy leads to the commercial bank customer structure adjustment goal and ideas in Yangzhou branch, analysis of the optimization strategy adjustment brought to other commercial banks inspiration, has put forward the structure of loans to customers Adjustment strategy, pointed out that the commercial banks to carry out the optimizing direction of loan structure at the branch level.
