Development Status And Countermeasures Of Agricultural Technology Extension System In Boluo County

Agriculture is the backbone of Chinese national economy and the important guarantee for Chinese economic development. As a traditional agricultural country, the agricultural economy of our country has been through many vicissitudes. Due to the influence of poverty and backwardness for a long time, Chinese agricultural foundation is weak, which results in slowing efficiency in agriculture, unbalanced development between urban and rural areas and slow growth of farmers' income. To reverse this situation, the fundamental way is to develop agricultural science and technology, whose key is the extension system of agricultural technology. Agricultural technology extension system is a vital part of our country to support the development of agriculture system, which provides farmers with the service of agricultural production innovation and practical technical. Not only can the agricultural technology extension system be the link of making agricultural scientific and technological achievements into actual productivity of agriculture, but the powerful guarantee of accelerating a new socialist countryside, developing rural economic and realizing agricultural modernization. However, the basic level agricultural technology extension system is still in the initial stage of development, so there are still some problems in the process of agricultural modernization. To solve these problems, this article conducts a comprehensive, systematic and accurate research on the present situation and problems of the agricultural technology extension system developing in Boluo County, after sorting out and analyzing the knowledge and literature related to it. And analyzing of the present situation and problems of the agricultural technology extension in Boluo county. Through the analysis, it clears that agricultural technology extension system plays a crucial part in the economic development of Boluo county. Based on this questionnaire, this article analyzes the present situation and problems of the agricultural technology extension in Boluo county. At last, using the method of case analysis and combining with the experience of reforming and developing domestic and foreign agricultural technology extension system, this article puts forward some useful countermeasures and suggestions to the problems of Boluo County agricultural extension system facing.This paper contains five parts. The first and second parts are mainly about the background and significance of this article; the third part is mainly about analyzing of the present situation and problems of the agricultural technology extension in Boluo county. Through the analysis, it clears that agricultural technology extension system plays a crucial part in the economic development of Boluo county; the forth part is mainly about through designing a questionnaire to investigate how the agricultural technology extension system develops in Boluo County. And combining with the experience of reforming and developing domestic and foreign agricultural technology extension system, it analyzes the existing problems of the development of agricultural technology extension system in Boluo County; the fifth part makes a conclusion. Based on the above analysis, this article puts forward some useful countermeasures and suggestions to the problems of Boluo County agricultural extension system.
