Based on the existing enterprise performance evaluation of project management,on the basis of relevant research results, combined with the situation and characteristics, AT the company, based on the thought of the balanced scorecard to redesign the project management performance evaluation index system. First of all,this paper analyzes the the AT the company's existing project management performance evaluation index system, this part mainly through interview and questionnaire survey form, the survey found AT the company's evaluation index has good maneuverability and purpose are clear, evaluation is fair, but there are also many problems, such as unreasonable proportion of assessment index, and the enterprise strategy does not match, versatility and dynamic insufficiency, the index also will not be covered most of the enterprise actual situation, etc. Secondly, this paper established a project management based on the balanced scorecard performance evaluation index system, aiming at the problem of survey found that the innovative use of the balanced scorecard method design of project management performance evaluation index. Finally, this paper is based on the balanced scorecard performance evaluation index system of project management in the implementation of the program and strategy to carry on the analysis, hope to useful guidance to enterprise project management.
