Analysis On Environmental Effect Of Pollution Industrial Transfer

Since reforming and opening, the pace of acceleration of industrialization and coastal industrial transfer has been quickened; the industrial transfer has become an issue which domestic economists concerning and constantly affects domestic division of labor pattern. In the studies of industrial transfer, it is generally associated with the production of environmental problems; moreover, environmental problems are gradually received widespread attention. In addition, economic development situation,industrial division of labor pattern and environmental regulation are different in the eight economic regions in China. In this article, we analyze the environmental effect under the circumstances of pollution industrial transfer.In this paper, various industries can be divided into heavy, moderate and mild pollution industries. Under the division, we analyze theenvironmental effect of pollution industrial transfer, and try to find out the influencing relation among environmental effect, differences between the transfer of share, structure transfer share, economy of scale change, energy consumption of discharge pollution per unit and the proportion of regional industry of the country’s industrial production. Then draw corresponding conclusions and put forward policy suggestions. The main content is as follows:○1 the calculation of shift-share method;○2 pollution industrial transfer distribution location and its change; ○3 the analysis of influence factors of environmental effect of pollution industrial transfer.The full paper is divided into five chapters. First chapter introduces background and research aims, research method and structure arrangement, innovations and insufficiency. Second chapter introduces the basic literature review, summary of foreign research, domestic literature review and research related commentary. Third chapter analyzes the pollution industrial transfer based on shift-share method. Fourth chapter analyzes the environmental effect of pollution industrial transfer and introduces the model and the empirical analysis. Fifth chapter draws conclusions and put forward policy suggestions.Through theory introduction and empirical analysis, the interregional industrial transfer has been accelerated and certain environmental effect is accompanied with the adjustment of domestic industrial division. However, differences between the transfer of share, structure transfer share, economy of scale change, energyconsumption of discharge pollution per unit and the proportion of regional industry of the country’s industrial production have significant influence on environmental effect.DIF of moderate pollution industry exists positive environmental effect, STR of heavy pollution industry exists negative environmental effect, XSF exists negative environmental effect, QSF exists positive environmental effect, ISF of heavy pollution industry exists positive environmental effect. According to the above conclusions, we should control the environmental effect of pollution industrial transfer, reduce pollution and take the road to sustainable development.
