Research About The Management System Modernization In Road Transportation Industry

To build up modern state governance system, deepen the reform and governed by law,pointed out the direction and goals for the reform of Chinese road transport industry management system in the third and fourth plenary session of the eighteenth of CCP. In China,although road transport industry has been in a state of rapid development, problems emerged within the management process of road transport industry. Then, how to solve those problems,and modernize road transport industry management system becomes the core of this paper.Given that most of the literature at our country are from the Angle of the administrative system reform and management inform innovation study of road transport industry management system, has not been involved in the viewpoint of modernizing management system. Depend on the real background of national governance system modernization,combined with the conference minutes on the road transport industry governance reform of ministry of transport, making the following several aspects of research from the perspective of theory and practice of road transport industry management system modernization in this paper.First of all, according to the characteristics of the road transport industry management,based on management system theory, modernization theory and modern national governance system theory, expounded the meaning of modern road transport industry management system from concept, structure, system and mechanism, four dimensions of management.Second, with the standard of modern road transport industry management system, conduct a comprehensive analysis on China's road transport industry management system, found out the factors which influence the modernization of road transport industry management system in our country. Finally, from the four dimensions of modern system, combined with the disadvantages of China's road transport industry management system, put forward concrete measures and suggestions aimed at promoting the modernization of road transport industry management system in our country.
