An Empirical Study Of Xi'an Modernization Under The Background Of "One Belt One Road" (2006-2015)

Originated from Western Europe's modernization as a social transformation since the 19th century swept the world,is the transformation process from traditional agricultural civilization to modern industrial civilization.Countries and regions in the world have entered the modernization process either actively or passively.China is a developing country with a vast land area,a large population,and an extremely uneven regional development.The eastern coastal areas had an earlier start of modernization and better conditions for modernization,which formed a significant advantage for modern development,with a high level of modernization and rapid development.The starting point for the modernization of the central and western regions is relatively late and the conditions for modernization are relatively poor,which has created a significant gap with the modernization of the eastern coastal areas.As an important part of China's modernization construction,regional modernization can only accelerate the modernization of China as a whole by coordinating and coordinating regional modernization.Therefore,emphasizing regional coordinated development and common development has become an issue that needs attention in China's modernization and modernization research.Under the new era background and policy environment,China's modernization has entered a new stage.Resolving the incoordination between the development of regional modernization and accelerating the development of regional modernization is an important measure to promote China's modernization construction.It has significant theoretical significance and reality.significance.This article uses Xi'an as a research object to conduct a comprehensive and in-depth comparison and assessment of the level of modernization since 2006-2015.This article elaborates on the six stages of Xi'an's modern development level.The first part is introduction.It mainly introduces Xi'an modernization research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status,research methods,ideas and possible innovations.The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of related concepts.The concepts of modernization,regional modernization,Xi'an modernization,and modern basic theories are elaborated.The third part is the construction of the Xi'an modernization evaluation index system.It combs and evaluates relevant domestic and foreign indicators,follows the research tradition,and is based on the Inkeres modernization index system.It integrates into the background and requirements of the times and is comprehensive and scientific.As a principle of constructing Xi'an modernization index system,operability constructs Xi'an modernization evaluation index system.The fourth part is an empirical study of Xi'an's modernization process.First,the basic principles and steps of the principal component analysis and cluster analysis used in empirical research are described.Then,in the longitudinal time series comparison,the principal component analysis method is used to analyze the economic modernization and social modernization of Xi'an from 2006 to 2015.The level of ecological modernization and comprehensive modernization was measured and analyzed;in the horizontal comparison,the modernization levels of the 15 sub-provincial cities included in Xi'an were measured using the principal component analysis method,and cluster analysis was used to classify them.Layer clustering forms a hierarchy of different levels of modern development.The fifth part is the evaluation,summary and strategic advice of Xi'an's modern development level.
