| Road transportation is an industry which consumes more resources and energy . Viewing on both road transportation system and the aim of enhancing region economy, to seek a kind of reasonable development pattern is extremely important because it promote the region economy development heavily. Based on the region development theory, the system coordination theory, the wooden barrel theory ,the economies of scales and the principles of distance economy , this paper put forward the idea of road transportation integration development pattern and analyzed the concept of transportation integration development pattern, system and method of target appraisal by utilizing the method of qualitative analysis as well as quantitative analysis.Firstly, analyzed the characteristic and present situation of road transportation system and the relationship between it and the economy in different circles, road transportation integration idea has been proposed, the goal, characteristic and process has also been analyzed in details. Secondly, based on appraisal system, the valuing model of integrated road transportation has been put forward. Thirdly, the appraisal index system used in valuing the development level of road transportation integration , he way of determining appraisal index weight, zero dimension, have been constructed . The safeguard measures of ensuring the performance of integrating of region road transportation has been put forward at last. |
