| As the second-hand car market entered a new stage of rapid development in China, the development of second-hand cars comes into a new era. At the same time, car dealers have been facing increasing competition in new car sales and the second-hand car business has become a trend. There has emerged lots of second-hand car dealers in O2 O business model and the model of second-hand car trading patterns in America such as eBayMotos, CarMax, KBB and other companies have been verified, so it makes a lot of people see the new opportunities of second-hand car market in China.In this paper, we discuss how to carry out the new second-hand car O2 O business based on company B.Firstly, we find out the restriction of the development of China’s second-hand car market by comparing the existing problems of China’s new and second-hand car market as well as the second-hand car market of foreign countries; Secondly, we analyze the problems second-hand car business in Company B such as: single second-hand car business profit model, ignoring the second-hand car value-added services; insufficiency of second-hand car business in single 4S store, leading the loss of profit; no integration of resources of second-hand car and no trade plate; the lack of employees and low loyalty of them makes it hard to explain the advantage of O2 O model. Finally, we make some advice of company B’s second-hand car business of its development planning, brand positioning and give specific measures from the implementation level. |
