This paper only systematically studies urbanization of Shandong province from the aspect of Shandong rural human capital that not only improves the development of urbanization but also excavates the endogenous factor of human capital and therefore provides urbanization with a continuous inner driving force.This paper mainly studies the influence of Shandong rural human capital on its urbanization from education and migration and clarifies the influence of the rural education is to improve the quality of the rural human capital that guarantees the supply of human capital for urbanization and realizes the sustainable development of urbanization; The influence of the rural population migration is to realize the agglomeration effect of population that promotes the urban employment and provides a steady energy for the development of urbanization, also, the targeted migration of the rural human capital and the city's choice of migratory population expound that the development of urbanization need to rely on human capital agglomeration and the migration of rural human capital effectively promote the development of urbanization.This paper mainly includes nine chapters.
