With the competition between high star-rated hotels, human resource becomes a key to that enterprises acquire the competition advantages and employee training grows into the strategic requirement of enterprise development with playing important roles gradually. In the long term, it's difficult for managers and investors and employees to see the value that training brings to enterprises and employees because of the shortage of effect training evaluation tools. So investors and managers don't dare to invest on training and employees aren't active to join the training activities. Consequently, it's very important to choose a practical training evaluation tool. Therefore, choosing a scientific and practical training effectiveness evaluation tools for high star-rated hotels, which will increase the intensity to the value of training, and carry on effective training ultimately.On the basis of investigation of training effectiveness evaluation in high star-rated hotel, the purpose of this thesis is designing a perfect performance evaluation system suit to our hotels for assessing the effectiveness of training to high star-rated hotels accurately and scientific. This thesis based on Kirkpatrick four hierarchy evaluation mode, and according to hotel practice, set up business training performance evaluation index system suit to high star-rated hotel, and research particularly of authority distribution and evaluation method of each index. We also particularly analyzed the influence factors of business training evaluation, put forward advice to avoid those influence factors, conceive quality ensure system of efficiency develop business training evaluation.
