Study On The Construction Scheme Of Smart City About Jinzhou Binhai New Area

Since the 90 s of the 20 th century, with the continuous development of information technology, technological innovation as the main features of the development of the information economy became the main feature of the global economic development,which constantly promotes the development and progress of the information age. At present,the global information technology is continuing to innovate,cloud computing,big data, networking and other new technologies as the representative of the Internet technology has become the main direction of development of information technology in the future. The development of various new network technology will promote the contact and interaction of each interaction unit, and will bring more extensive advantage of information technology. With the continuous development and innovation of knowledge economy,new information resources will become the important components of future global urban management and human production and life. Smart city construction will become the main development direction of global city construction and management in the future,which will have important influence on the political, cultural, economic and social development of all countries. The construction and development of smart city mainly base on network information technology such as cloud computing,networking,big data and,and the promotion of the development of new business models and a variety of industries will bring new growth point of economic development of society, will also bring far-reaching influence on the economic structure transformation of traditional enterprise. During the "Twelfth Five Year Plan" period,Jinzhou City Binhai New Area economic development and urban construction entered a new historical stage,facing a new round of development opportunities, Jinzhou City thoroughly implement the scientific development view, putting forward the new task of "building of smart new district” around the district development strategy and function positioning.Taking Jinzhou Binhai New Area as an example,this paper introduces the concept of smart city management to promote the development of the new mode of government functions and the sustainable development of the city. According to the current situation ofBinhai New Area of Jinzhou City,exploring and demonstrating how to construct smart city rely on modern information technology with modern scientific management model and a small amount of money,with the purpose of enabling Jinzhou Binhai New Area to realize intelligent management and sustainable development, and ultimately achieve wisdom.
