Research On The Improvement Of Centralized Procurement Of Group Building Decoration Enterprises

Recently, China's building decoration industry has developed a trend of group, scale and strategy, intensified competition has led building decoration enterprise from decentralized to centralized, multi projects developing parallel in several places has become normal. Procurement management is an important part of enterprise cost control, the original decentralized project procurement management does not fit into the needs of the organizational development because of its own defects. Centralized purchasing is widely used overseas for its professional management principal and advantages of resources reallocate, but its application in China is still at early stages, the existed relevant researches should be improved. Therefore, the study of how to improve centralized procurement of group building decoration enterprises has practical significance.1. This study Took GMD Decoration Group as a case study, It categorized the materials of centralized purchased as general materials and customized materials by the characteristics of the products,to operated strategic centralized purchasing and customized centralized purchasing. Analyzed the problems related with centralized purchasing in different life cycle of the project of GMD Decoration, Studied the logical relation of each problem from the angle of the content of purchase management. Then analyzed the roots that are causing the above problems and provided the feasible solutions according to the organizational process revolution and organizational reform theories: reallocate profit, reinforce supply chain management, optimize procurement process, implement ERP information management and take professional skills as advantage.2. And then it took wooded products which are the large amount of money, complex construction and most problematic items for procurement in customized materials for a example. Analyzed the common problems in the process of centralized purchasing, advanced operational improvements, contrast analyzed the benefits in terms of time, cost, and quality.3. Lastly, took centralized products in the project of complex building as a case, Using the network graph to compress key jobs to achieve the goals of reduction of erection time. And analyze the application of the improvement of centralized procurement to customized wardrobe as well as improved efficiency. Demonstrated the feasibility and effectiveness in this research has on the improvement of centralized procurement of group building decoration enterprises.
