Research On Optimization Of Centralized Procurement Management In BY Group

Continuous development on both economic globalization and information technology,have changed every part of enterprise’s production profoundly.Procurement is a significant component of production and management of enterprise,and its pattern is undergoing consecutive changes.Advanced procurement pattern plays an active role in the saving of production cost,improving profit,which makes enterprise face increasingly fierce market competition.In the past,owing to the lack of advanced administration philosophy,large companies in China adopted decentralized procurement for a long time.However,it has many shortcomings as corruption,money waste bringing about the cost increasing,which has impeded development of large companies and companies’ benefit increasing.Hence,transformation on procurement method is of paramount importance.As a new model,centralized procurement is created based on continuous development of information technology,having gained wide attention in the business circle because of its administration idea to division of labor,cooperation and specialization,and its advantage in resource integration and monitoring,which is a direction and tendency on the revolution of enterprise procurement management.In this article,an analysis and research on the transformation of procurement method of Boya,a biopharmaceutical company,with a deep analysis on difficult and problem faced by the company,based on the theory of collectivized enterprise’s procurement management,in the setting of group company’s procurement.Centralized procurement management’s plan to Boya and its specific implementation methods are proposed based on the collectivization enterprise’s centralized procurement.Finally,a comprehensive evaluation on the company’s centralized procurement management is made,so as to prove the evident effect of centralized procurement management to the group’s purchasing cost control and profit.
