As the present medical system is under a situation of so many problems, M-health is emerging up quickly with the development of technology and Internet. Different kinds of Apps are accepting and using for more and more people and the “Chunyu Palms Doctor”,an App developed by Chunyu, has come to one of the bests. After three years development and operation, “Chunyu Palms Doctor” has not set up a mature and complete business model and also faced many problems and threats. This thesis try to build up the SWOT model of "Chunyu Palms Doctor" and summarize its strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats by analyzing several aspects such as itself development process and existing situation, other major competitors' profit model and existing situation, the demand and preference of consumers and the macro economy in China. At the end of the thesis, we provide an accessible business model, which suggesting "Chunyu Palms Doctor" could combine with both upstream and downstream operators and resources from public hospitals to build up a complete m-health ecosystem to achieve a sustainable development.
