Along with the fierce competition of globalization gradually deepened and thedevelopment of the informationization gradually mature, the traditional industrialeconomy transforms to the economy based on knowledge and information technologyrapidly.More and more enterprises choose the advanced information system to adapt tothe fierce market competition today.At the same time, along with our country and theworld economy life contact close increasingly, some foreign advanced management ideasand management methods are gradually introduced into our country.ERP is a very typicalexample.ERP, Enterpriser Resources Planning, management platform established on the basisof information technology, with systematic management thinking, for policy makers andstaff of the enterprise provides decision operation means.This platform reflected byfinancial throughout the idea, strengthen the management of finance in the productionand business operation activities of the function.Its main purpose is to help enterprises toestablish the network information system, the enterprise the daily operation andmanagement of material flow, cash flow and information flow more effectively mergerintegration, to better achieve the optimal allocation of resources of the enterprise,improve the management efficiency and management level of enterprises, strengthenenterprise quick response ability of the market, and finally realize the double increase ofenterprise operating performance and competition ability.However, in our country, because of the influence of economic environment and theenterprise itself ignores the importance of insufficient, the implementation success rate ofERP system integrated management information system is not high, foreign ERP is notable to completely adapt to China’s national conditions.Because some enterprises have toimplement ERP system, but also because of its lack of effective research andself-awareness, the role of a very powerful ERP system did not make up.And as the coreof the whole ERP system, the planning and improvement of financial module hasnaturally become the key to improving ERP system. As the application of ERP system in Chinese enterprises is still in its infancy, avariety of problems would be occured in the process of actual operation because of theirown changes in the industry or business.Under this background, this thesis is aiming atthe manufacturing enterprise company SX as an example, in combination with thepractical situation of company SX system implementation in full, the company SXfinance module of ERP system and the problems existing in the company management,the demand for information system are analyzed, and improvement measures are putforward, in order to improve the financial management of company SX, make the ERPsystem effectively play a role in company SX truly, and hope for the same industry andthe whole Chinese enterprise ERP system implementation to provide the reference.There are four parts in this thesis.The first part is the concept of ERP, thenintroduces the status of ERP system in the company SX, on this basis, explore thefinancial module in ERP system of company SX in the existing problems and reasons inthe actual application analysis, finally propose the improvement of company SX financialmodule in ERP system.This thesis selects the important part of ERP-financial module as the main researchobject, in combination with the actual situation of company SX’s financial work, in theform of case analysis, investigation method and case analysis method combined with theresearch methods, expected based on the analysis of the SX actual financial business findproblems existing in the current financial module in ERP system in company SX as wellas the reasons, and proposes the solution in view of the problem.
