With the deepening of the national defense war industry enterprise reform and socialist market economic system of China gradually formed and perfected, the original military enterprise will have to be strong with independent development in market competition. Through to the analysis of BC company external environment and internal conditions, this article studies and formulates the development strategy of BC to grasp the company's future development direction, and improve the effectiveness of the company's business decisions, which will lay a solid foundation for the next step of development.This paper uses the PEST analysis method for the company external environment with the deep discussion. On the basis of porter's strategic management, and its own resource capacity and the SWOT analysis, this paper studies and puts forward the company's overall development strategy, and establish the basic competitive strategy dominated by differentiation competition. Carrying out strategy of "the airline for this, civil-military integration, scientific development", clearing strategic positioning of "military do good, the tertiary industry specialization, the ability to do a long time", and establishing the advantage of technology and product development direction based on four class system(integrated navigation system and flight safety monitoring system, airborne entertainment systems, intelligent textile equipment) and two types of devices(inertial devices, precision sensors) will speed up the pace of the development of the transformation and upgrading of the military and civilian integration.Finally, integrating the actual situation of the enterprise, this paper set up company strategy implementation safeguard measures from several aspects of acceleration the development of core technology, implementation of the new product development, promotion the upgrading of products, establishing more adaptable system of human resources to the BC, and pushing on the balanced scorecard assessment strategy, etc.
