The Rearch Of Supplier Quality Management Of ALT Company

Nowadays, as the economic globalization is deepening, managing suppliers' quality well is very import to the modern enterprises. Systematic flow of management, different ey management and fully exact quality evaluation are the basic and assurance of supplier quality management.In this paper, firstly, review the related quality management theory, then research the ALT enterprise supplier quality management status, and found problems of ALT supplier quality management. Through researching the problems, improve the flow of supplier quality management and method of new products and mass produced product. At the meantime, build a supplier classification model by using ABC analysis method and classify the strategic supplier to solve ALT enterprise can't exactly classify the strategic supplier problem. Regard to the strategic suppliers, rebuild a new quality performance evaluation in ALT enterprise, combined related industrial characteristic of ALT enterprise. The index weight is also calculated by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).For the demonstration, regarding to the strategic injection molding supplier which were classified by the supplier classification model, compare the evaluation results by using two evaluation models, now and new model. Through comparing the results, verify the new model is more realistic and reasonable for ALT. Based on the new evaluation result, establish a new Measurement System Analysis(MSA) to ensure the quality control capability of suppliers and provide a guarantee for the components inspection exemption.
