| With the development of global economy, Chinese enterprises are doomed to strive to shorten their gap between international enterprises since the opening up, which means “human” is the core of corporate competition that determines enterprise success or failure as an important factor. Instead of the traditional capital competition, modern enterprise competition regards talents as important capital, which means the possession of high-quality employee team is both the imperative condition of enterprise survival as well as development, and the foundation for achieving organizational strategic target.Since the excellent performance created by an employees cannot do without his positive attitude and rich creativity; for the sake of making employees play maximal work performance and obtain excessive investment return, enterprise shall create the working environment that is favorable for staff growth and edify enterprise culture actively. Meanwhile, it shall provide powerful training support for the improvement of working skill and staff individual career planning so as to create a win-win environment.Since the perfect course system is the core link for implementing training system, many enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, lack it seriously. By taking the course system of NXK Company as example and practical research on it, this article analyzed the study of relevant literatures and the successful cases of enterprises. Based on the target decomposition method, it analyzed the design and implementation of organizing course system, determined the way of demand survey analysis and talent evaluation; according to the competency model, it confirmed the frame of training course, which laid solid foundation for the perfection of the whole training system. The implementation of system construction improved the course structure of NXK Company where the pertinence and satisfaction degree had been raised. As the training principal of NXK Company, the author hope that this article could play reference value to the course system construction of small and medium-sized enterprises with providing a subject for common learning as well as communication. |
