Research On The Schedule Management Of Automobile R&D Project Of BM Company

In the global auto industry slowdown in the larger environment, including the north and South Volkswagen, Changan Ford, the Great Wall car, including auto manufacturers have begun to lower the official price of the way to compete for the market. The current competition is increasingly fierce, including BM companies, including China's own brand only to accelerate the progress of new product development, improve the technological content of new products and technology, the introduction of strong products to enhance brand recognition, thereby increasing market share. Therefore, how to implement the effective time management of the automobile R & D project is of great practical significance.In this paper, we use the project schedule management theory to build a project schedule management plan for the new product development project of BM company. Firstly, some problems in the project schedule management of BM company, and the necessity of strengthening the management of project schedule are presented. Secondly, according to the product development of BM company automobile project combined with project management theory, using the theory of WBS to the project work breakdown, through the activity definition, activity sequencing, the establishment of responsibility assignment matrix, estimating the time of these steps, completed the project schedule with Gantt chart method; project planning, the need for the project schedule the implementation of the plan of control, combined with the actual progress of the project to the project schedule control is studied, study and formulate the project schedule control process. In the implementation phase of the concrete progress control, the BM project management software is integrated in the PLM Project system. Finally, the scheme and process of the project implementation plan are analyzed. At the same time, the paper also provides some reference for the project management. Through the final result, the better results are obtained, and the goal of the project is met. Through the practical application of the new car development project of BM automobile company, the Project management software based on the PDM method is adopted to carry out the project tracking method, which shortens the intermediate link of the task flow, and provides the tracking data for project management. Replace the past to fill in the transition, manual recording time, manual statistics project data, greatly improving the business turnover rate and management performance.
