Nowadays, we always see “involuntary overtime working” and “involuntary donation” in the media. Voluntary overtime working and donation have been viewed as Organizational Citizenship Behavior(OCB),which is an important subject in Organizational Behavior field. A large number of studies have proved that OCB is beneficial for the performance of staffs and organization efficiency.However, in recent years, more and more researches have been focused on the dark side of OCB. The voluntary of Citizenship Behavior has been questioned.As a result, Vigoda- Gadot(2006) proposed a concept named Compulsory Citizenship Behavior(CCB), that is a kind of organizational Citizenship Behavior forced by the subjective, objective and environmental pressure. With the development of the concept of CCB, we build the new questionnaire of CCB to meet the need. At the same time, we try to find the influence factors of CCB through a survey of 246 basic staff and found:Compulsory citizenship behavior is a three-dimensional structure including subjective pressure behavior, objective pressure behavior and environmental pressure behavior..The positive correlation between organizational political climate and environmental pressure behavior while insecurity acted as an intermediary in it.The positive correlation between organizational political climate and objective pressure behavior while insecurity acted as an intermediary in it.Employability significantly moderates the relationship between organizational political climate and environmental pressure behavior.
