Family firm is the most common form of business organization in the world,and they have made great contributions To the world economic development and employment.Family involvement in management makes it differ from nonfamily businesses.The founder of the firm builds a Family-like organizational culture in family firms.Employees feel toward the organization as being part of an "extended family".The feeling of home of will bring positive aspects to the firm like the sense of responsibility and loyalty.In this paper I will introduce the kin climate and its four components: three cultural dimensions of paternalism,collectivism and power distance,and an emotional fourth component of emotional bonding.I will research the effect of kin climate to psychological ownership and organizational citizenship behavior.And we see psychological ownership as a mediating variable between kin climate and organizational citizenship behavior.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)the kin climate's three components of paternalism,collectivism,and emotional bonding have positive impacts on psychological ownership.(2)Psychological ownership has positive impacts on organization identity,altruism and dedication;but psychological ownership does not have impacts on the maintenance of the company relationships between employees.(3)Paternalism,collectivist and sensitivity to emotions all have positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior.(4)Psychological ownership plays a mediating variable between the effect of paternalism,collectivism and sensitivity to emotions on organizational citizenship behavior.
