Post-evaluation Study On Mifepristone Pharmaceutical Project Of Z Company

Since the 20th century,more and more attention has been paid to the post-evaluation research of various projects all around the world,however,the post-evaluation research on pharmaceutical and chemical industry projects are not enough in-depth.Many experts and scholars engaged post-evaluation research through a variety of methods,accumulated a lot of practical experience and harvested a series of results,that has been constantly enriched and improved the theoretical system of post-evaluation,and laid a foundation for the further research and development of post-evaluation.This article is based on mifepristone medical project of Z company and the principle of seeking truth from facts,applying the theory of post-evaluation management,carrying out the research of post-evaluation.According to the collection and collation of project's background,the appropriate post-evaluation method is selected to analyze the project from multiple perspectives,constructing post-evaluation index system of the project to comprehensive post-evaluation analysis,expounding experience and inspiration,and come to the conclusion of the research of this post-evaluation.Firstly,this article introduced the background and significance of the research,then introduced the development and research status of post-evaluation at home and abroad,at last,introduced the post-evaluation's theories of chemical projects and the overview of mifepristone pharmaceutical project by Z company.Secondly,based on the actual situation of the project,this article chose the comparative method to analyzed the post-evaluation from the entire process,the benefit and effect,the environmental benefit,the social environmental impact,and the sustainability of this project,etc.Laid a solid foundation for the next comprehensive post-evaluation of this project.Finally,referred to the results of the previous post-evaluation of this project,chose the expert scoring,the hierarchy analysis and the successful degree evaluation methods,with the principle of combining qualitative and quantitative analysis,built the comprehensive post-evaluation index system of this project,to made a comprehensive,scientific,objective and systematic analysis and evaluation,summarized the experience and inspiration,put forward management countermeasures and suggestions,and drew the conclusion of the post-evaluation research of this project.
