Under the market economy system, the sales department is an important department of enterprise marketing strategy, it can also be basically taken as the economic lifeblood of the enterprise. Whether the salesmen will be able to successfully convert the products into currencies determines whether the enterprise can be normally operated. With the changes of the market economy, the number of sales team gradually increased and it becomes more difficult to recruit talent people. Therefore, this article will analyze the performance appraisal system for the analysis of the HA home appliance sales Co., Ltd.Urumqi branch, trying to find out the way to solve the problems of company's sales personnel and sales staff, and then establish a new performance evaluation system for the company. It is practical and significant to realize the company's marketing strategy and further development of enterprises.In this paper, we will find out the problems in the process of performance evaluation, and propose some suggestions for improving the performance evaluation of Urumqi branch of the HA home appliance sales Co., Lt. The reference and data analysis, interviews, individual research and the overall research,theoretical research and case analysis and other methods are widely used in the whole research.At present, the performance evaluation system of the sales personnel in China mainly emphasizes the results of the working performance. It also shows that the performance appraisal of salesmen is mainly for the working results of this short-term goal, and not particularly concerned about the working behavior. To some certain extent, such performance assessment is a blow for the initiative and creativity of the salesmen,it has harmful effect on the long-term development of the enterprises.To optimize the performance evaluation system of the HA home appliance sales Co., Ltd. Urumqi branch, it needs to be integrated with the current home appliance sales market background, market competition, the current strategic objectives and other factors. In order to solve the current problem brought by the performance assessment to the company's problems, it is very important to develop a easily operated with high reliability and high performance evaluation system which is suitable for the company's situation.The optimization of the performance evaluation system of Urumqi branch of HA home appliance sales Co., Ltd., is based on many rounds of discussions and investigations, the reference literature and related theories, using the chart evaluation method, 360 degree evaluation method and other performance evaluation methods. Therefore, a convenient and effective performance evaluation system has been greatly optimized and presented here in this paper.
