It effectively solves the problem of "dirty, noisy and disorder" fields, reduces the failure rate of equipment, reduces the production cost and improves the enterprise's basic management level as well as staff quality. Of course, there are also a lot of enterprises failed in it, and waste a great deal of manpower, material resources and financial resources; some enterprises succeed in promoting it, but fail to adhere to the implementation of it; some enterprises implement 6S management in the stage of cleaning, and the implementation depth and breadth is far from enough.Based on the reviews of the basic content of 6S management theory, current development at home and abroad and the implementation steps,the summary about the experiences and lessons of implementing 6S management in Yixing Union Biochemical Co., Ltd,It diagnoses and analyzes the main problems faced by the company at present and finds that the company development is facing huge challenges. In the case that it is difficult to improve external environment in the short term, it focuses on the company's internal management and finds that there is still a large room to improve in the company's site management level, thus we must carry out a second promotion of 6S management, and propose corresponding solution so as to help the company further improve the level of site management, improve product quality, reduce cost, improve staff quality and thereby promote the competitiveness of the company. |
