The root competition among modern enterprises talent competition,the talent is not only the first resource of the enterprise,but also often determines the effective use of other resources in the enterprise operation.Of various types of talent,R & D engineers play an important role which can’t be replaced.Promotion is an important means to retain R & D engineers.Therefore,it has important theoretical value and practical significance to optimize company R&D promotion management.This article regards S company R&D engineer promotion management issue as study object.Through the introduction of S company,leave reasons investigation,promotion satisfaction investigation,and analysis the data,together with the status of S company promotion management.According to the main theories such as carrier planning and development theory,promotion motivation theory,multi-channel promotion theory,and find issues in S company R&D engineer promotion,such as insufficient promotion and single channels.This paper puts forward the proposals to create three-channel promotion,cultivate talents,salary and bonus institution,motivation process,carrier planning process,and makes all aspects of incentive institution to reach “1+1>2”,and finally S company R&D engineer promotion management to be perfect. |
