As early as more than ten years ago,China has been dealing with the improper purchase and sales activities of various industries,and the pharmaceutical industry has become the top priority of anti-corruption because of its concern to the national economy and people's livelihood.The previous model of directly profit-driven sales in the field of pharmaceutical purchase and sales has been severely hit,which will bring fundamental changes to China's pharmaceutical marketing strategies.In the future,the pharmaceutical marketing model represented by academic promotion will become the mainstream.Based on the general review,process analysis and experience summary of the past large-scale academic conferences of RF Company,combined with the general characteristics of large-scale academic conferences,this paper applies the project management theory to large-scale domestic academic conferences,and demonstrates the progress management of academic conferences by analyzing the characteristics of the progress management of large-scale academic conferences.Feasibility and validity,put forward the basic principles,general framework,specific process of organizing large-scale academic conferences,trying to combine the theoretical system of progress management for so many years with the actual large-scale projects,and improve the level of project management.Finally,the dissemination of MZ drugs in the Annual Meeting of Anesthesiology Society of Chinese Medical Association is taken as an example.The whole process of the meeting is combined with the requirement of schedule management to manage the holding of the meeting.The preparation of the project,the establishment of the conference service team,the formulation of the company's meeting objectives,the analysis of attendance needs.After confirming the above content,the work needed to prepare for the meeting was decomposed,and the content of the meeting was decomposed into sub-projects by using the common tools of project management,and the project plan of the project was formed.The application of project schedule management in product academic promotion in domestic enterprises is explained in detail,and the appropriate way of combining the two is given.This paper combines the theory of project schedule management with the project of academic promotion meeting,and draws lessons from the relevant content of domestic and foreign articles.At present,the theory of schedule management is mainly applied to engineering projects.This paper creatively applies the theory and method of schedule management to the atypical engineering projects of relatively small people at present,and applies project management theory to non-traditional engineering projects,especially for The flexible application of project schedule management theory has certain reference value.
