Abstract/Summary:
Some developed western countries have formed a set of mature t heory and analysis model on the transformation of the company’s str ategy, and research results have also been series on the competitive a dvantage in enterprise restructuring, especially the business model and the corresponding organization mode. From our point of view, Chin a’s market economy has rapidly developed in the past decades after th e reform and opening up. In this period of time, Chinese enterprise s has experienced a growth by learning from the foreign advanced man agement experience to self-development, and now it is in the proces s of an intense competition. With the development of Internet infrastru cture, especially the 4G network construction speeding up, software te chnology has realized the cross platform development, from the opera tion and management of simple gradually extended to the operation a nd service integration. Application of software has expanded from a si ngle PC end, to the mobile internet tablet computers and mobile phon e terminals. More and more cross platform technologies, such as the In ternet of Things and the cloud computing are growing in leaps and bounds. Business users’requirements on software is returning to ratio nal, and they are paying more attention to the practicality, which lea ds a change of a technology driven products to service driven. How c an the enterprises make use of their own advantages and closely foll ow the pace of industrial upgrading of self-transformation and upgrad ing strategy? The research of the domestic enterprise strategic upgra ding and transition is now in very important stage, however, our strate gic transformation of enterprise research and development has just st arted. It is only the basic study and learning from foreign research r esults of domestic problems, especially-in the case of problem researc h. In this paper, based on the Z company’s strategic transformation o f the specific case, the academic classical strategic transformation theor y and Z company’s specific situation and management practice, trying t o find out the feasibility of the strategic transformation of Z compan y, and combined with the case analysis of Z company’s internal and e xternal environment of Z company, and gives the case by the product a s the core to provide services as the core of the strategic transformat ion of the specific implementation advice.This article first elaborated the domestic and foreign classical t heory and research about enterprise strategic transformation, and then studied the general strategy and scheme the current international and d omestic IT enterprises Chinese adopted in the technology company’s transaction transition to a service industry. Using the model of the macro environment (PEST), analyzed Z Company’s political, economi c, social and technical environment of general management software i ndustry. The development history and trend of development of Z Co mpany is also studied. Focused on Z Company’s-leadership, internal p ersonnel, finance, research and development strength, finally through t he SWOT analysis model, analyzed the whole business of Z compan y’s implementation of the strategic transfer of the advantages and dis advantages of the service provider to software development, the poten tial opportunities and hidden threats factors were analyzed. As last pro vided Z company solutions proposed strategic transformation goal of tr ansition and transformation strategy to the beauty industry organization s. In the hope to be help the implementation of the strategic transfo rmation in preparing IT companies.
