The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,and the major social contradictions in China have been transformed into contradictions between the people’s growing needs for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development.The new generalization of China’s major social contradictions objectively reflects the changes of the times and important realities of China’s social development.The major real estate enterprises also realized the inevitability of the change of their own development strategies,turned their development goals from scale growth to quality growth,and found new profit growth points from the people’s growing demand for a better life.With the decline of industry growth and the absence of land dividends,the profits of real estate enterprises relying on pure real estate development have declined significantly,and scale growth has also encountered bottlenecks,so they have to start to seek new profit growth points.Based on this,this paper puts forward the research topic of strategic transformation of R Company’s better life service providers.This study will be R Company as a specific case to research service strategy transition from developers to a better life for the subject,the integrated use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and field interviews and other research methods to carry out specific research,hope that through this study can find R Company in problems of strategic transformation,optimizing its strategic transformation strategy,through the full text research,the main three conclusions:(1)In the process of strategic transformation from a developer to a service provider of a better life,R Company mainly has problems such as insufficient awareness of transformation and service,gaps between expected goals and basic capabilities,low satisfaction of employees and customers,lack of professional talents,insufficient investment in science and technology,and insufficient diversified development of business forms.(2)The specific strategy of R Company’s strategic transformation from a developer to a service provider of a better life can be carried out from five aspects: first,establish the awareness of a service provider of a better life and realize the role transformation from a developer to a service provider;Second,improve the operational capacity to achieve optimal allocation of resources,strengthen the financial capacity to provide financial support;The third is the competition training,selecting and cultivating talents,to realize the transformation of science and technology;Fourth,strengthen positive incentives to improve employee satisfaction,build smart services to improve customer satisfaction;Fifth,expand to preschool education and life service industries,and achieve multi business development.(3)In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy of R Company from a developer to a service provider of a better life,attention should be paid to the following measures: First,establish the code of conduct for employees who are transforming into a service provider of a better life;Second,establish and implement the satisfaction evaluation system;Third,choose the market expansion mode of strategic alliance;Fourth,improve the organizational structure.
