| External factors such as macroeconomic, industry environment, and internal environment including competitors bring the uncertainty.to the development of the enterprise.Unless the enterprise can do rational comprehensive analysis, timely adjust the management idea and strategy, it will face huge pressure of competition. Increasingly number of enterprises realize that the strategic planning plays a substitutable role in the future development of an enterprise, which will make the enterprise being able to deal with fierce market competition. So In this paper, we has analyzed the types, characteristics and driving factors of enterprise strategy, especially the vertical integration strategy is introduced in detail. Taking Enterprise A as an example, we also has analyzed the current situation and development of the vertical integration strategy by sorts of analytical method,such as PEST, SWOT etc. And put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems. This paper consists of five chapters:The first chapter mainly introduces the research background and significance, research ideas and methods, as well as the research framework and content of this paper;The second chapter has reviewed the classic strategic management theory in home and abroad, which focuses on the vertical integration strategy.In the third chapter we have taken Enterprise A as an example, doing analysis of the external competition and the enterprise internal environment.In the forth chapter, we suggest Enterprise A to choose vertical integration strategy,based on the analysis. in the process of implementing the strategy,Enterprise A has established the upstream——a textile market,midstream——a garment market and downstream——flagship store, which illustrates and the whole apparel industry chain. With the implementation of the strategy, Enterprise A has successfully consolidated its leading status in the garment industryFinally, on the basis of the whole analysis, this paper gives some suggestions. |
