Construction Of TC Food Group's Quality Management System Based On Project Management

In recent years,whether national organizations or business circles are trying to seeking for better methods to carry out production safety and quality management,then enhance their competitiveness.So our country continues to introduce advanced international standards and encourage enterprises to build relevant system,the introductions of ISO9001 standard and HACCP system make all kinds of enterprises be keen to certificate system,it really makes a significant contribution for enterprises to carry out its food safety and quality management,but the formal tendency is very serious.A large part of enterprises which have through system certification encounter many problems in the real implementation,because of the system are not fully fit for enterprises' business operations,and ignoring the scientific usefulness of system while pursue formalization.Therefore,this paper chooses TC Food Group as a case,based on lessons learned from current business,then we strive to build a more scientific,applicable and workable quality system which can fully meet this group's organization management and production process and can have a better service for it.Given project property of system construction,this paper creatively introduces advanced project management thinking throughout the whole process,eventually the system was constructed in accordance with the project life cycle is divided,divided into project initiation,eventually the system construction is divided four stages in accordance with project cycle,such as project initiation,project planning,project implementation and project closeout,we improve the management under the help of Project-based innovation perspective.We also make a detailed description and division for all stages,so system construction is completed on schedule and quality system has successfully passed the certification.Finally,this paper analyzes the results after using quality system,and gives some practical recommendations on how to improve the supporting environment of system implementation.
