Ce-fu-yuan-gui Mu-fu-bu preserves the Mu-fu content before Song dynasty, and it indicates a standard for all people who work in mu-fu. Mu-fu-bu contains three aspects such as the required quality,job content and working condition of workers in Mu-fu.The demand in quality is'xian', which requires morality and talent of workers in Mu-fu.
