Lewin(1986) and other scholars believe that the performance evaluation are important for any type of organization and management. Tourism is a strong industry association, the national economy has a strong ripple effect and radiation effects, which not only have an impact on tourism body itself, the body will have an impact beyond the scope of other relevant interest groups, the latter considered the external effects of tourism. From the perspective of welfare economics, external force is an economic spin-off effect on the economic power of another "non-market", is the result of the interaction of economic forces, only their own travel and achieved good results, the industry chain gradually improved, industrial agglomeration effects appear, the external effects of social, political, environmental and people's livelihood will be more prominent. Therefore, tourism internal performance is the most direct outcome of the development of tourism, the most important manifestation, to scientific, objective and comprehensive evaluation of the performance of the tourism industry, the tourism industry internal performance measurement and analysis system has become a very urgent task. Based on the study of domestic and foreign tourism, the first performance of the tourism division of the system, focusing on the performance of internal tourism,its cycle characteristics Definition and analysis; secondly, to Zhangjiajie for the study,using wavelet analysis, quantitative division of Zhangjiajie tourism industry generates cycle; again, combined with coupling- Research methods coordination model, Th index,path analysis, sub-cycle assessment and discussion Zhangjiajie tourism internal performance and its impact mechanism, the following conclusions:(1)Emergence stage.Tourism economy takes the investment as the main means, the economic performance means is 1.596; the tourism industry chain has not yet formed, the structure coordination degree is in the extreme imbalance stage, the structural height is also due to the fluctuation of the industry, the structure performance is 0.388, the internal performance is 1.199, the level is lower;(2)Generation stage. Tourism economy rapid growth, economic performance mean of 9.114, with an average annual growth rate of40.85%, the market efficiency is significant; the rationalization of industrial structure to moderate imbalance, high degree of market economy active and periodic fluctuations,the structure performance is 0.426, the average annual growth rate is 6.265, the performance is relatively prominent;( 3) Development stage. Tourism economic performance affected by domestic events and three decrease, decline gradually slowed down, the average performance of 70.823, the average annual growth rate of 2.48%; the rationalization of industrial structure to improve quality of coordination, height adjustment in the structure performance of steady progress, the average annual growth rate of 5.46%, the internal performance of the average is 47.885, relative performancestructure good;(4)Impact mechanism. In the different stages of the tourism industry, the factors affecting the performance of the tourism industry are not the same. In the formation stage, the influence factors of the internal performance of tourism resources,tourism, transportation, tourism and social fixed assets are the main factors that affect the total effects of the tourism, government spending, tourism total demand and social fixed assets investment. In the developing stage, the influence factors are: tourism resources, transportation, government spending, tourism total demand, the total effect is the transportation, social fixed assets investment, economic level and government expenditure.Finally, according to the existing problems in Zhangjiajie tourism, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the performance of the tourism industry, and also describes the shortcomings of this paper and the future outlook.
