As automatic control develops toward the direction of complex network control, the control system designers have not only to solve the underlying real-time control problems, but also to handle the problems of integrated automation caused by information integration of the upper management. Textile industry is traditional labor-intensive ones in our country with a large number of employees, high staff turnover and complex management, so the construction of Office Automation (OA) system and the research of human resource assistant decision in such enterprises is of importance to improve office efficiency and increase competitiveness. Therefore this paper studies the office situation and related issues of a textile enterprise, a relatively-comprehensive office automation system is then designed and implemented, which can help optimize the human resource management. The system can not only improve the efficiency of the office and management of the enterprise, but also provide auxiliary decision support for the human resource, so as to enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise.First, a detailed needs analysis is carried out based on the office situation and the needs of users of the textile enterprise in order to confirm system main business flows and functional goals. On this basis, the paper also designs function modules.Next, this paper researches on workshop production staff wastage problem in the textile enterprise. Firstly analyze the main influencing factors in staff wastage, and then the BP network prediction model is established based on particle swarm optimization algorithm according to these factors, staff wastage is predicted with the prediction model through the program. Finally, according to the result of staff turnover forecast for the textile enterprise human resources recruitment management provide effective auxiliary decision support.Then, this paper researches on workshop production employee performance appraisal problem in the textile enterprise. Firstly select the employee performance evaluation indicators, and then build the evaluation model based on fuzzy clustering analysis according to these indicators, and employee performance appraisal problem is implemented by programming. The result shows that the fuzzy clustering analysis method by many indicators?automated inspection way, avoiding the one-sided and trival employee performance appraisal of the traditional textile enterprise, making the employee performance evaluation more comprehensive and reasonable, at the same time providing effective auxiliary decision support in order to improve the salary management system of human resource for the textile enterprise.Finally, this paper describes the implementation details of the system, using SQL Server as the database management system?Power Designer as the system database modeling tool? C# as the foreground program design language?Matlab as intelligent algorithm development language, Through the formal programming thought and the guidance of the principle, completing the development of OA system of the textile enterprise, and analyzing some typical function module.
